Activinsights has secure, privacy-by-design data infrastructure to support the timely retrieval of data from the field and delivery of analysed outputs into studies.
Our raw data management, cloud data analysis and application programming interface (API) platform is hosted on Azure. We have a specialised partnership with Fujitsu to return personal data from Internet of Things (IoT) sensor products in near real time.

Keeping Data Secure

All our data infrastructure is pseudonymised, holding directly identifying personal data outside of the cloud infrastructure in physically separate, study-specific systems. All study data are logically separated using role-based access control and permissions. Activinsights data services are based in the UK under European GDPR regulations.
